1. Terms of Return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. State of Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• Free from marks, hair, odours, or damage
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

3. Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• Faulty or damaged items
• Incorrect item received
• Items that are unsuitable (change of mind), provided they meet the return conditions above

Please note: Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

4. Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

1. Email our customer service team at rusticcowboyco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

5. Process of Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
